You will not be encouraged to make an appointment with unrealistic competition wins, introductory offers or conning approaches geared to make you spend more than you wish.
Any discounts offered and any promotions I do are genuine offers, I always quote my best possible price.
I will not ply you with alcohol to lower your guard.
You will receive usable images on disk with printing rights for you to enjoy, I will advise on how to create the best possible prints from the disk – I do not overcharge for providing digital images.
I work hard to deliver good customer service and a high quality product in the unlikely event of you not being happy I will work with you to put my mistakes right. For your peace of mind I have public liability and indemnity insurance.
I do not offer credit agreements, because I only expect you to spend what you can afford.
